OCPL has always dedicated itself to the wellbeing of the community and the betterment of society through various social activities.

One instance of our numerous community development efforts is The Chennai Culinary Institute. Initiated by the man at our helm, Mr Mahadevan, this institute works in tandem with Chennai Corporation and Rotary Club of Madras East. This project, named `Winners’, has set out to train under privileged youngsters who have a passion and flair for the craft of bakery and confectionery. On successful completion of this course, the student is either absorbed in a five star hotel or placed at one of OCPL’s own units.
