Club Oriental - OCPL Loyalty Card

Card will be based on Smart card technology with a embedded chip. It will be sold to customers at a nominal fee ie Rs. 250, alternatively if we get a sponsorship from corporate entity this card will be not be charged for & offered to customers who spend Rs. 2500 & upwards in a single visit

Card to be accepted at all the Brands of OCPL which include

Every time a customer spends Rs. 100 excluding taxes at any of our outlets he / she will earn 2 points.

For redemption purpose, One point = Re. 1

Points can be redeemed to pay your bills at any of our restaurants.

Once the customer has earned 0-99 points on his card ( ie a spend of Rs. 4,999 or lesser) his earning will be 2 points for every Rs 100 spent.

Once the customer has earned 100 – 499 points on his card ( ie a spend of Rs. 5,000 – Rs 12,999) his earning will be 5 points for every Rs 100 spent.

Once the customer has earned 500 or more points on his card ( ie a spend of Rs.13,000 or more his earning will be 10 points for every Rs 100 spent.

On the day of the Members Birthday & Anniversary, points earned will be doubled.

Members will be invited for launch of our new outlets.

Members will be given priority for reservations / seating.
